Wind Cancelations

We only cancel bookings if absolutely necessary. We want your booking its how we make our living. We loose out if we cancel so if we cancel its for a good reason.

Wind speed cancellations are usually decided by 9am on the day of the events but sometimes can be the day before. We use the met office reports as well as actual weather but if the met office says its going to be high winds then we are not allowed to put them out full stop.

We understand cancelling a party is annoying, upsetting even and leaves you stuck with what to do with 20 plus kids coming to your house but child safety comes first. We would always recommend trying to find a hall for your booking.

We ask that you show our staff respect when they phone to say we have to cancel as we will NOT accept any form of abuse. You will be added to our black list and reported to the other local companies to add to there list if they wish .

HSE regulations state that inflatables shouldn't be set up in wind Gust speeds 24mph or over.

We will NOT break the law!
